Syrian meal: Fattah

It was a very nice day when my Syrian friend invited me for breakfast at a very nice Syrian restaurant. He was telling me about “Fattah” and “fol bel samnah”. I didn’t understand what he was saying because the Syrian accent is really cool, but with some weird words like “Fattah” the situation becomes much harder!

When I first saw “Fattah” I thought that I really saw this meal before, but when I started eating, the taste was really so damn delicious! I cannot describe how I enjoyed this meal after a busy and tiring morning.

Now, I still go to this restaurant mostly 3-4 times per week, mainly just to take this meal. But its more delicious when you get it in the morning.

Finally, I think that everybody should try it out. I am sure, you will love it!

Address to get there:

Directly from Jordan University street toward Tla’a Alali, next side to Modern Systems Schools. Ask anybody there about “Dina Restaurant“.

Wishing you a nice Fattah time!

Update:

via @w43L: It’s Fatteh not Fattah
